We are a family owned and operated business bringing secret family recipes from our Arkansas roots. We take pride in our food and enjoy sharing our family roots with others. Although many recipes run through our resume, we chose the most common menu that has brought happiness, laughter, and cured hunger for many generations. I hope this menu brings the same joy to your family as it has to ours. We are Arkansas bred and Texas fed. Enjoy.

Meet the Founders

Hi! My name is Keisha and I am the owner of Mudea's Cafe. I started my food truck in 2020 and have grown with the help of my niece, Keston. We have traveled all over DFW to show off our fresh meals! I have a husband who loves to grill and two beautiful daughters taller than me! We are very family oriented but it is time to spread our wings and share these recipes with the world!

Hey y'all, my name is Keston! I am the general manager of Mudea's. I have been working the food truck and going to school up until May 2023. I graduated from UNT! I am officially emersed in the restaurant industry and I am prepared to learn all I can from this experience. My other passion is childcare, which I will one day open a center of my own!
